This program is engaging, interactive, and a fun learning experience designed to upgrade your people from ordinary employees to Brand Warriors in just 9 months. Your team can attend from anywhere in the world where they are connected to the internet!
Through a series of lively, guided and online instructor-lead sessions, the program blends personal and team development, growing interpersonal skills and infusing the essence of your brand into every session. The program is personalised to include your brand, your values, your promises and your customer journey.
On this journey of self-discovery, team development and skills building, your team will reinvent the way they engage with themselves, each other and customers.

HOW IT WORKS
This program is offered to teams of at least 30 employees.
PART 1
Is a 12-week intensive program, consisting of six half-day sessions every two weeks.
PART 2
Includes a 6-month group coaching program called Circles of Excellence. 2-hour sessions take place once a month to deepen and embed the skills and practices learnt in Phase 1.
